[driverloader] Linksys WMP54G

Hi, 
I run some checks on my system Mandrake9.1 kernel 2.4.21-0.13mdk 
I got inboard ethernet chip which I disabled at BIOS. 
 
I run "lsmod" which show driverloader was loaded into kernel 
I noticed in log that that system trying to load ethernet driver. Is this could create some conflict? 
I still cannot configure wireless interface with my system tools. 
I tried to pin my WRT54G router but network is urechable
