[driverloader] Linksys WPC54G Config

After installation, if I run "iwconfig eth0 essid linksys" then my card appears to connect.  But if I then take eth0 down and up my system locks up.  Could this be a ACPI issue?

Does anyone have RedHat 9 Linksys WPC54G configuration advice?
