[driverloader] Intel PRO/Wireless fails to be detected on Compaq X1000

Nope. I am stuck at the no device detected part. After that no joy.

Can it be an interrupt problem? I noticed my cardbus is on IRQ5 while 
the intel device is also at 5?

Hopefully I will have more time over the weekend to investigate further.
