[driverloader] problems with wmp54g and dl 1.41

1.41 has solved many of the problems I've been having.  Now I can SOMETIMES 
get it to recognize the card, however iwconfnig, etc show no sign of my ap.

most of the time, when I start up dl, I get:
driverloader: NdisWriteErrorLogEntry: ErrorCode=DRIVER_FAILURE 
NumberOfErrorValues=1
driverloader: NdisWriteErrorLogEntry: ErrorValue 0=0x103
eth1: failed to initalize adapter (err = -5)
eth1: Failed to register net device (-5)

like I just said tho, every now and then, it loads and detects corectly, 
giving me an eth1 that I can play with.  iwlist scan, etc return no results 
however.

My AP is a D-Link DI-714P+ 802.11b router...

This behaviour is the same with 2.4.22 and 2.6-test9

The hardware is an Asus P5A-B with an AMD K6

I am using Belkin drivers, but the Linksys do the same.

Any thoughts?
