Hi,

in the advanced settings, make sure that your cards are not set to disable
"802.11g" and they should communicate at the highest rate possible by
default. You don't need to hardcode the rate to a specific value.

Subject: [driverloader] unable to change Bit rate (802.11g)

Thanks for this Information, but unfortenately it does not answer the
central question:
 > So my question before getting a permanent license is:
 > How can I make the two cards speak with each other at 54Mb/s (nominal)
 > rate!
Since both cards's "advanced settings" do not support the setting of a bit
rate I hope there exists another way to make them talk ++fast++ to each
other (with Win98 it works). After all my request is still well below
linuxant's speed limit ;^) .

any hint is appreciated!

Thomas
