Hi,

usually, setting the "txpower" directly using 'iwconfig' is not supported.
Please look in the "advanced settings" using the web configurator.

Also, you might find a setting that can affect the other behavior that you
described (the reconnection at each 5 minutes).

UP!

Hi,
I have a USR805410 card and
driverloader works fine
(to the point that I purchased a license
from your site) except that
every 300 seconds it disconnets and reconnets right after,
in fact in /var/log/syslog I have:
eth1: New link status: Disconnected (0002)
eth1: New link status: Connected (0001)
eth1: New link status: Disconnected (0002)
eth1: New link status: Connected (0001)
eth1: New link status: Disconnected (0002)
eth1: New link status: Connected (0001)
eth1: New link status: Disconnected (0002)
eth1: New link status: Connected (0001)
piro:~# tail /var/log/syslog
.
.
.
Jan 29 16:27:02 piro kernel: eth1: New link status: Disconnected (0002)
Jan 29 16:27:02 piro kernel: eth1: New link status: Connected (0001)
Jan 29 16:32:02 piro kernel: eth1: New link status: Disconnected (0002)
Jan 29 16:32:02 piro kernel: eth1: New link status: Connected (0001)
Jan 29 16:37:02 piro kernel: eth1: New link status: Disconnected (0002)
Jan 29 16:37:02 piro kernel: eth1: New link status: Connected (0001)

I noticed that 300 seconds is the 'Calibration Time'
hence I ask: is it ok that during calibration it disconnects
and reconnects every time?
Another issue is that txpower seems to be not supported
for my USR805410, will it be or can't the TI chipset handle
it?

thanks
Cristiano
