[driverloader] will work under vmware?

I'm running a BenQ Joybook 5000U with a centrino chipset and 
Windows XP Home. 
I use vmare workstation to simulate a virtual machine where SuSE 
9.0 is installed an working fine. After I installed the 
driverloader and uploaded the Windows driver the web frontend 
still says no devices found! 
What can I do to solve this problem?
