[driverloader] APIC and kernel 2.6.6

Hello,
The FAQ states that i might need the latest version of APIC if the card 
doesn't load up.  I have kernel 2.6.6 and the card still doesn't load up 
when APIC is enabled, but without APIC it works fine.

My Hardware:
Latest Driverloader
Kernel 2.6.6 custom built
2xAMD Athlon MP 1400+
Asus A7M266-D SMP
Linksys WMP54G with latest Windows binary driver.

Any thoughts about this?
