[driverloader] WPA using Intel IPW2100

Hello,

wpa_supplicant (0.2.3), driverloader(2.06), fedora core 
2(2.6.6-1.435.2.3.stk16), ndisdriver(from webpage) fails and reports the 
following:

[root at laptop wpa_supplicant-0.2.3]# ./wpa_supplicant -i eth1 -c 
wpa_supplicant.conf -D hostap
ioctl[PRISM2_IOCTL_HOSTAPD]: Operation not supported
Failed to initiate AP scan.

Other versions of wpa_supplicant(0.2.4), driverloader and so on also fail.
WEP and no encryption works.

WHATS YOUR PROBLEM, COMPUTER!!!

Had anyone success in using wpa in this or similar configuration?
