Support,

I'm testing a Broadcom Wi-Fi NIC on a Dell Latitude D800 laptop running
Debian GNU/Linux 3.0r2, and recently upgraded my kernel from 2.4.26 to
2.6.7 (www.backports.org). A 'uname -a' reports:

Linux turing 2.6.7-1-686 #1 Wed Jul 28 12:29:51 CEST 2004 i686 unknown

The Windows driver is for a Dell TrueMobile 1400 Dual Band WLAN Mini-PCI
Card, and is version 3.4.73.0.

A 'lspci' returns:

0000:02:03.0 Network controller: Broadcom Corporation BCM4309
802.11a/b/g (rev 02)

I've tested the Linuxant DriverLoader driver version 2.06, and the
DriverLoader Configuration page in my browser window reports:

No devices found.

The driver worked fine on kernel version 2.4.26 (www.backports.org).

Is there work-around or a fix for this that you know of?

Thanks.

Michael
