[driverloader] driverloader 2.09 and kernel 2.6.10-rc1

Hi,

the 2.6.10 kernel is not yet supported because it's still a beta (rc1). 
Please try with a 2.6.9 kernel from http://www.kernel.org to see if 
there is a difference.
