Hi,

we can see the following error messages in your 'dmesg' related to 
DriverLoader :

---
PCI: No IRQ known for interrupt pin A of device 0000:00:09.0. Please try 
using pci=biosirq.
0000:00:09.0: cache line size not set; forcing 8
OsHookInterrupt: request_irq(dev=0000:00:09.0, irq=0) failed err -16
---

As suggested by one of the error message, you could try to add the 
'pci=biosirq' kernel boot parameter to see if there is a difference.

You could also try to enable full ACPI support since on Mandrakelinux 
10.0, it is de-activated by default. To enable full ACPI support under 
Mandrakelinux, please remove the 'apci=ht' kernel boot parameter.
