[driverloader] driverloaderbuild initscript & Gentoo

Your default driverloaderbuild initscript contains the following section:

depend()
{
         before *
}

On Gentoo, this dependency conflicts with the checkroot initscript, even 
though checkroot is in the 'boot' runlevel and driverloaderbuild is in 
'default'.

On my system, I changed this line to 'before net' to avoid the conflict.

Is this a bug in driverloader, or Gentoo, or some combination of the two?
