[driverloader] [driverloader-announce] IntelPro 2200bg - Mepis - missing hal.dll

Hi,

it seems that to support the installed Windows XP driver, we will need 
to implement the following functions in DriverLoader:

---
KeLowerIrql
KeRaiseIrqlToDpcLevel
---

Can you please try with older versions of the Windows XP driver to see 
if there is a difference?
