[driverloader] Mandriva 2007 x86_64 Driverloader keeps disconnecting

I got it working after doing the following:

Building and loading the acer_acpi module
(http://www.archernar.co.uk/acer_acpi/acer_acpi_main.html) and `echo
"enabled : 1" > /proc/acpi/acer/wireless`

Installing driverloader and loading the 64-bit Windows drivers from the
Acer website

Running through the Mandriva network setup wizard which basically just
installs wpa_supplicant (the generic package that comes with the distro,
not the dldr_wpa_supplicant one) and configures the
/etc/sysconfig/network-scripts/ifcfg-eth0 file.

ifcfg-eth0 file:

DEVICE=eth0
BOOTPROTO=dhcp
ONBOOT=yes
METRIC=35
MII_NOT_SUPPORTED=no
USERCTL=yes
RESOLV_MODS=no
WIRELESS_MODE=Managed
ESSID=mynetwork
WIRELESS_ENC_KEY="open s:mypassphrase"
WIRELESS_WPA_DRIVER=wext
IPV6INIT=no
IPV6TO4INIT=no
DHCP_CLIENT=dhclient
NEEDHOSTNAME=no
PEERDNS=yes
PEERYP=yes
PEERNTPD=no

Hope this helps someone.
