[driverloader] CLI web browser & driverloader install

Hi,

lynx is not tested not supported and the layout will probably be quite 
horrible since it was designed for graphical browsers.

You should start the installer with the following command:

---
sh dldrinstall.run -- --tty
---

This will launch the terminal (text) based version of the installer 
which have all the features of the graphical, browser based ones.
