[hcflinux] Modem timeout

Hi

My modem timesout and hangs up the line after quite a short time. I use 
kinternet to dial. Does anyone know how to stop the timeout, or at least how 
to make it very long? The kinternet configuration doesn't ask anything about 
timeout period.

I can only find info like this for kppp.

(Is this question a bit cheeky? I suspect it is nothing to do with the HCF 
modem driver as such.)
