[hcflinux] e-tech modem in suse 7.3

Hello,

I installed the drivers, and when I use the internetdialer i get a modem = busy error back.
I use suse 7.3 prof.
E-tech modem (pci56rwm)
with the following details:
vendor id - 14F1
device id - 1085
The modem uses irq 5 , my usb also uses irq 5 could this be the problem ?
adres = d800

I would be grateful if anyone knows what i'm doing wrong, i'm new to linux.
