Hi there,

The problem I had with the e-tech pci56rwm modem is solved.

When I checked in yast2 through rc_config what device was configured as the modem I found out that it stated: /dev/ttys2 instead of /dev/ttyHCF0.
After changing this everything works fine.

For the record: vendor id. : 14F1
                      device id. : 1085

Greetings,
Edward
