[hcflinux] Gets my vote

Hi

The latest version seems to fix the only two problems I was having:

- Occasional disconnects mid-download. I did some pretty large downloads last 
night with no bother.

- I no longer seem to need to rerun hcfconfig each time I restart the 
machine. So I have removed "hcfconfig -atc" from my /etc/init.d/boot.local

Now I just need to find out how to stop the modem disconnecting after short 
periods of idleness - but that's not an issue for this list I guess.

So thanks for that. Running the modem off linux seems much faster (33%?) than 
running it in Windows bythe way :-)
