[hcflinux] Can't use modem

Hi,
I think i'm having the same problem as Matt Blake. I'm running Slackware 8 
and use plain PPP. PPP complains that it can't find both /dev/ttySHCF0 and 
/dev/modem even though when i check the /dev folder, they are both there. I 
can't remember my DeviceID or VendorID, but any help would be appreciated.
