[hcflinux] Modem speed reporting

Thank you Gratiniano.....again.
I got it OK this time ;-)
I just used kppp terminal and typed in ATW1&W. I wasn't sure where to place 
it in the commands, so I put it just before the ATDT command. It works.

I'm really starting to enjoy this Linux stuff!
