[hcflinux] HCFPCIMODEM (version.h not found)

Can someone help me?
I installed SUSElinux 7.2 with kernel 2.4.4-4GB - maximum istallation + kernel-source. 
I'm trying  to install hcfpcimodem-098mbsibeta02101002 . I'hve got the error in line7. in /modules/common.make  The problem is: /lib/modules/2.4.4-4gb/build/include/linux/version.h does not exist. 
How can I resolve this?
