[hcflinux] my modem

Hi,
I am trying to use my modem in linux OS.
I download the generic version of Conexant SoftK56 PCI
Modem driver for linux, and NOW.. where I will copy
this driver and how I can install it. I am new user of
Linux please be specific and give detail information..
