[hcflinux] can't find /dev/ttySHCF0 after installation with MDK9.0

Thanks to J-S Durand and S. Longland for help on my case.
Now it works !!
I had to:
1) create manually the file /dev/ttySHCF0 as suggested by Stuart and 
link it to /dev/modem
2) uncheck the "wait for tone" checkbox
3) give the command 'ifconfig eth0 down' because the pcmcia ethernet 
card was conflicting with
the modem specifications, although I am not connected at the LAN during 
the modem sessions.
