[hcflinux] Bad PUBKEY

I am trying to install my Apache HCF modem on RedHat 2.4.20-8 system. The system did not know the pubkey.asc of Linuxant. I imported it as described at http://www.linuxant.com/drivers/hcf/faq.html#21

but I still receive a "BAD KEY" error when I try to install the driver. Please let me know how I can solve the problem. Thank you.
