[hcflinux] /dev/ttySHCF0 does not exist

I read this message and made this:

# mknod /dev/ttySHCF0 c 240 64
# rm -f /dev/modem
# ln -s /dev/ttySHCF0 /dev/modem

Does not work. I can't to connect with modem. :-??
