[hcflinux] Debian/ppc - NO DIALTONE

Hi,
I am trying to get the modem on my ibook2 G3 700MHz to work under Debian
GNU/Linux (woody). I get a NO DIALTONE error. I am using the tar.gz
distribution.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
