[hcflinux] hcf driver speed differences on various distros

yes im 100% sure about the differences here. I've tested same files, same isp etc at the same time of the day and not only that but for a period of a week each, general browsing and download speeds are much higher 5.5 to 6 K on Redhat when compared to Mandrake which i am using now (my preferred distro). I hope your next version fixes this. Thank you for your help.
