[hcflinux] FLAGS/RELAYS settings

Hi,

to improve our future driver releases, we would like to know about cases
where modifying the FLAGS and/or RELAYS settings in the INF files fixed a
dialing or connection problem.

If you would like to report your positive results, please send an email to
modem.support at linuxant.com and include the following information:

- the output form the command "h...config --info" (this should include your
country, device ID's and sub-device ID's);
- the exact parameters that were changed in the INF files.
