[hcflinux] using modem like telephone

[Linuxant modem support]

Hi,

The HCF driver has voice support (+FCLASS=8) with datapump version 73. There
is also basic support with datapump version 74, but some features are
lacking.

Please note that the voice functionality has not been tested a lot and might
not work properly at this time.
