[hcflinux] UK Caller ID and the HCF 06834-12

Hi,

Thank you very much indeed for your message.  I've now tried using kppp
instead of wvdial, and successfully connected using kppp to Unmetered
UK Online, Unmetered Tiscali, and Pay As You Go UK Linux, in addition
to Pay As You Go UK Online.  In all these cases, PAP authentication
worked.  I had to change the permissions on kppp, before I could use kppp
in a non-root session of KDE.
