[hcflinux] suse 9.0 + hcf driver install

Hi,

I am trying to install the generic hcfpcimodem driver package
(hcfpcimodem-1.00lnxt03091600free-1.i386.rpm) under SUSE linux 9.0
(default, single processor 2.4.21 kernel).

Modem details are as follows:

There appears to be no error in building the modem driver modules, but
loading them is a problem. This is the output from /var/log/messages:
