[hcflinux] Is my modem not supported?

I really got my hopes up about my Diamond Multimedia HCF modem (made by
Aztech).  But the "listmodem.sh" script says my modem still isn't
supported, and I went ahead and installed the latest HCF rpm for
Mandrake 8.2 and it doesn't work.  Is this modem ever going to be
supported, or should I give this modem away to a good Windows-using
friend?
