[hcflinux] new hcf driver doesn't compile on ppc

Attempted compilation of the package 
hcfusbmodem-1.00lnxt04011900ppcfull.tar.gz
fails at the following:

/usr/lib/hcfusbmodem/modules/osservices.c: In function `regParmUsed':
/usr/lib/hcfusbmodem/modules/osservices.c:1204: invalid register name 
`esp' for register variable

after many warnings also of the 'regparm' attribute being ignored.
