[hcflinux] hcfusb modem not detected on ibook G4 kernel 2.6.7

Hi,

the problem is that we do not see your modem in the output of the
'lsusb' command even after you have inserted the HCF USB driver modules
into the kernel. As long as you do not see your modem in the output of
the previous command, you will be unable to use the modem driver.

It is important to note that the modem will only appear in your 'lsusb'
after you have inserted the modules into the kernel. Also, this driver
only supports USB modems based on the HCF Conexant chipset.

If you have a supported modem, it is possible that the problem is the
kernel. In this case, please try with different versions of the kernel
to see if there is a difference.
