[hcflinux] free version

Hi,

the "free" driver no longer exists. You should use the "full" version, 
it will work like the "free" version as long as you want. You will be 
able to install a license with the 'hcfpciconfig --license' command in a 
root shell, it will unlock all the functionalities of the driver as well 
as the full speed of the driver.
