[hsflinux] NO DIALTONE RESPON

I'm install the driver from olitec.com. I'm sure the modem is work, but I 
can't connect ISP because the response is NO DIALTONE, why? Help me please. 
I install Redhat 7 and I just make the command ATX3 but didn't work. Oh I 
first in mailist list hasf linux. I'm from Indonesia.
