[hsflinux] HSFi (CX11252-11) modem

Hi all,
        Anyone has  a working HSFi (chip-Cx11252-11)
modem with the current driver ?.Iam on Mandrake 8.2
and the driver detects the modem and ID but when i do
query the modem it says modem does not respond.However
in the same machine an older Chipset of HSF works
fine.
Any help on this is appreciated
