vendor : 127a

subvender : 1235
subdevice : 4311

Is the id of the modem if I use lspci it shows that there is 127a:4310 and
127a:4312 also.
Rockwell International Riptide HSF 56k PCI Modem is the name I get but there
is also
123456 Master Riptide PCI Audio Device that linux has no idea what to do
with.

01:09.0 Multimedia audio controller: Rockwell International: Unknown device
4310
01:09.1 Communication controller: Rockwell International Riptide HSF 56k PCI
Modem
01:09.2 Input device controller: Rockwell International: Unknown device 4312

Just to recap there is modem noices through my speakers even though its set
to no noice.
