Hi Michael,

Please remember that at the time we were not anticipating that the project
would evolve this way at all (Linuxant didn't even exist) and I offered
to investigate the problem on your Vaio out of pure good will and without
any personal interest whatsoever other than to help you and others with
similar machines.. Getting a working driver in return and being able
to use it since then isn't exactly a kick in the teeth.

It was indeed fantastic treatment and Linuxant will continue to care
about users and fix problems. There are some pretty sophisticated tools in the
works that will facilitate remote diagnostics when incompatibilities or
other bugs are encountered.

Regards
Marc
