[hsflinux] HSFModem seems only capable of 28.8?

I have a Conexant/Dell 56K PCI Modem. With the latest purchased linuxant 
drivers, I get only 3.5=28.8 transfer rate. Is there a way to get 56K, I 
hope? Init String includes +MS=V90.
