[hsflinux] need help..

Hi,

please run the following command in a root shell to remove the old package
that is causing the conflict.

rpm -e hsflinmodem

If it doesn't work, reboot your computer and run the following command
instead.

rpm -e --noscripts --allmatches hsflinmodem

i have a problem installing the driver for hsf modem, im using redhat 9
kernel 2.4.20-8
i also downloaded the generic one.

i downloaded:

hsfmodem-6.03.00lnxt03091800free_k2.4.20_8-1rh.athlon.rpm
hsfmodem-6.03.00lnxt03091800free-1.i386.rpm


but this message keep on poping up

the message goes like this

error: Failed dependencies:
        hsflinmodem conflicts with
hsfmodem-6.03.00lnxt03091800free_k2.4.20_8-lrh
