Hi all,

after installation of the package (tried the suse9.0 rpm and the source
tarball),  modprobe /dev/ttySHSF fails and I get the syslog:

cnxthsf_NVM_Open: cannot create directory /etc/hsfmodem/nvm/dynamic: errno=14
cnxthsf_cnxt_serial_add: ComCtrlOpen failed (1)

the directory /etc/hsfmodem/nvm exists and is owned by user and group root
and mode 0755 (rwxr-xr-x).
Yes, I can mkdir /etc/hsfmodem/nvm/dynamic by hand and it does not exist,
when trying to load the driver.
The filesystem type is ext2, if this is important...
Any ideas?
