[hsflinux] Strange problems with conexant modem

HI all,
i have some problem with my application that connect to ISP to store data via modem PSTN.
If i usr an external modem via serial port (/dev/ttyS1) all work fine. But if i use my conexant PCI modem (/dev/modem)  with HSF driver (/dev/ttySHSF0) i can't complete the work!
I have used drive version >= 5.03.27mbsibeta02122600.
How i can diagnose the problem?
Some suggest?
