[hsflinux] Conexant modem in Debian Sarge

Hi,

you probably downloaded the 'hsfmodem-6.03.00lnxt04072900full' package 
last week, the 'hsfmodem-6.03.00lnxt04082400full' version is the new 
version of the package we have released yesterday.

Please try with the new package. You will have to remove the line 
'install hsfserial ...' again in your '/etc/modprobe.d/hsf' file after 
the package installation.

If with this version you still have problems, you could try with a 
different program than 'kppp' to use your modem to see if there is a 
difference. You should also make sure that you have configured 'kppp' to 
use either the '/dev/modem' or the '/dev/ttySHSF0' device.
