[hsflinux] HSF with USR 5660A, connection extremely slow and unreliable

No .. with either of those two init lines, the modem can't seem to negociate with the server. After dialing it just keeps being noisy and never connects me. I tried other variations, but all it gives me is a failure to connect with a NO_CARRIER response
