[hsflinux] dial tone yes dials no

Hi,

please make sure that the right country was selected when you installed 
the HSF driver. You can change this setting with the 'hsfconfig 
--country' command in a root shell.

You could also try with the 'AT &F X1' init. string, it will disable the 
dial tone and the busy signals detection and it is possible that it 
might fix the problem.

If you require more assistance, please send at support at linuxant.com the 
output of 'dumpdiag'. Type the following in a root shell:

---
hsfconfig --dumpdiag
---

Just send us the generated file located in /tmp ('hsfdiag.txt').
It'll help us solve the problem.
