Hi,

the problem is not this warning message:

---
warning: hsfmodem-7.18.00.03full_k2.6.9_1.667.stk16-1fdr.i686.rpm: V3
DSA signature: NOKEY, key ID 5dfbf7dc
---

that you can safely ignore. Since you have a MC97 modem connected to the
AC97 bus, this modem can be from various manufacturers and only Conexant
is supported by our HSF modem driver.

Please run the 'hsfconfig -i' command in a root shell and then run the
'dmesg' command. If your modem is not based on a Conexant chipset, you
will obtain an error message stating so at the end of the 'dmesg' output.

If this is not the source of the problem, please send at
support at linuxant.com the output of 'dumpdiag'. Type the following in a
root shell:

---
hsfconfig --dumpdiag
---

Just send us the generated file located in /tmp ('hsfdiag.txt').
It'll help us solve the problem.

Regards,
