[hsflinux] problem with hsfconfig !

hi 
i am using redhat9 
i have installed dlink internal pci modem DFM-560IS+++ 
V.92/56K Internal Modem Card..(Conxeant-Rockwell based) 
Kudzu detected it on boot up and installed drivers. 
I have also installed necessary rpm recevd with it in CD. 
after that i have to run hsfconfig, which is givin problem. 

when i run hsfconfig, it asks for path C header files for compiling. 
what path should i give.?? 

pls send in detail.

the rpm package is same as available at
http://www.linuxant.com/drivers/hsf/install.php
